City Manager shows all issues created in the city, and lets you filter, sort, and manage them. It is the central hub for city staff. Right-click an issue to:

• View, edit, and change issue properties
• Add / moderate comments
• Mark complete or change status
• Assign to a department or staff member
• Share by email, social media, and more
• Create an archive, or search for nearby issues

The weekly report updates you on all Fixity activity for the week, and can be sent to multiple email addresses: city stats, new issues, updated issues, and resolved issues.

Notifications can be sent to multiple email addresses, your private Slack channel, and even your Twitter account.

Department-level notifications go to the right people when an issue is recorded in a specific department.

When you follow an issue, you can also get email and text message (SMS) notifications for any updates to it.

Two-way privacy controls. Citizens can report anonymously (if you support it), and can share their contact info with you (if they choose). Comments and notifications keep the conversation going after an issue is reported.

Let super-citizens help you. Civically-minded residents can be promoted to Citizen Volunteer or Neighborhood Captain, with special access to the City Manager to help discuss, validate, and rate issues.

Sometimes a little democracy helps. Anyone can vote a public issue up or down. See which issues are heavily supported, and who supports them. And who doesn't.
