Reports and Notifications let you stay in the loop.
Weekly Report can update you on all Fixity activity for the week, and can be sent to multiple email addresses.
Notifications are flexible and can be sent to multiple email addresses, your private Slack channel, and even your Twitter account.
Fixity also supports department-level notifications to multiple email addresses, when an issue is recorded in a specific department.
When you follow an issue, you can also get email and text message (SMS) notifications for any updates to it.
Communicate when needed, and crowd-source validation work.
Two-way privacy controls
Citizens can report anonymously (if you support it), and citizens can share their contact info with you (if they support it).
Our comments & notification systems facilitate citizen-staff correspondence on issues after they are reported. You can also email or call them, if they opt to share contact info with you.
Let super-citizens help you
Some people are really civically-minded! Your local “super-citizens” can be promoted to a Citizen Volunteer or Neighborhood Captain. Captains can be granted special access to the City Manager to interact with issues in ways normal users cannot. They can help you discuss, validate, and rate issues.
Vote on issues
Sometimes a little democracy helps. Anyone can vote a public issue up or down. See what issues are heavily supported, and who supports them. And who doesn’t.

Fixity and Fixity.io run in the cloud, so there is nothing on your end to install or manage.
Setup is very easy — in fact citizens can report issues in your city right now. To have them actually go to you, you need a City Manager account. We can create one for you in about an hour. We will can also help you set up your entire city, for free.
Fixity is fully compliant with state & federal open- government and record-retention laws in the United States.
