Location Data
Fixity needs your location to detect your city, and show nearby issues, and accurately report issues.
If you deny location permissions, Fixity will not be as precise, and may not work properly.
We do not store your precise location(s) in our database. We may store the last map location you looked at in a browser cookie, so if you exit and reload Fixity, we can save your spot.
Other Permissions
Fixity may request access to your camera and local storage, so if you decide to upload a photo, you can take a picture, or upload one from your photo library.

User Data
You do not need an account to use Fixity, but if you create an account, we need to collect your name, email address, and nickname. You can optionally provide more information, such as mailing address, and cell phone (for text-message alerts).
This information is kept in our database, and is never leased nor sold to third parties. We use industry best-practices and strong encryption to secure your information as much as possible.
