Context Menu
Right-click a connection to
bring up its Context Menu.
This lets you access
program features and commands in context of any connection.
Item | Description |
Recognize As | Recognize this IP/hostname with a friendly name. |
Copy Connection Info | Copy information to clipboard. |
Mark IP | Set the IP address in a category of Trusted,
Neutral, Suspicious, or Dangerous. These will be color coded in the Connection Table. Emerging Threats must be enabled for this to work. |
Isolate | Focus on this connection address or process, by
only showing like connections. Or, exclude connections like this from showing up. |
Watch Address in WireShark | Sniff network traffic on this address using Wireshark. |
Watch local port in Wireshark | Sniff network traffic on this port using Wireshark. |
Process Explorer | Show the process in Process Explorer, a 3rd-party tool. |
Kill Connection | Forcibly terminate the connection. |
Kill/Make Rule/Firewall | Additional kill and blocking features by using the Rule system, the HOSTS file, and Windows Firewall. |
Traceroute | Trace the route from local address to remote address. |
Ping | Ping the remote host. |
WHOIS | Search the remote host in WHOIS. |
Search Logs | Search for prior engagements with this address. |
Run NMAP on host | Run NMAP on host, if installed in C:\nmap. |
